Terms & Conditions AP33 — Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

To register and use the AP33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• Must be a real individual registering under their own name — corporate accounts or legal entities are not accepted.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysia phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not be listed on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Malaysian law.

Each individual is only permitted to register and use one AP33 account. Registration of additional accounts by the same individual — whether using identical or different information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

AP33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without the need to provide a reason. AP33's decision on eligibility matters is final.

All financial transactions at AP33 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). AP33 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified on your account. AP33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are deemed unusual based on your account usage patterns.

Any attempt to process transactions using unauthorised payment methods or third-party accounts may result in transaction cancellation and an investigation into your account.

AP33 offers a wide range of promotions including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM888, automatic Weekly Cashback, Daily Deposit Reload, Slots Tournaments, Referral Bonuses, Birthday Rewards, and special Malaysian festive promotions. All promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus portion can be withdrawn. The rollover value varies by promotion type and is clearly stated on each offer.
• Betting Limits: While meeting a bonus rollover requirement, a maximum bet limit may apply depending on the promotion in question.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Some games may be excluded from the rollover calculation for a specific bonus.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus whose rollover is not completed within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Claim Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each member may claim each promotion once only within the specified period.

AP33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. AP33's decisions regarding promotion eligibility and dispute resolution are final.

All games available on the AP33 platform — including progressive jackpot slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games, EPL and Malaysia Super League football betting, virtual sports, and crash games — operate under the following rules:

• Game Fairness: All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at AP33 are independently audited by accredited third-party bodies to ensure complete randomness and fairness of game outcomes.
• RTP Information: The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is publicly displayed. RTP is a long-term statistical estimate and does not guarantee the outcome of any individual gaming session.
• Betting Limits: Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. Bets exceeding the permitted limits will not be accepted by the system.
• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes are final and may not be disputed once determined by the system. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, AP33 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager.

AP33 reserves the right to void bets on markets that are closed for specific reasons, including technical errors or incorrect information.

As an AP33 account holder, you agree to comply with the following account policies:

• Accurate Information: You must ensure that all information in your AP33 account profile remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal information must be reported to AP33 promptly.
• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. AP33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.
• Account Transfer Prohibition: An AP33 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual under any circumstances.
• Prohibition on Automated Software: The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any mechanism other than direct human interaction during gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Fraud Prohibition: Any attempt to defraud AP33's systems, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in financial fraud will result in permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

AP33 continuously monitors account activity to ensure compliance with these terms. This monitoring includes betting pattern analysis, transaction verification, and periodic audits of unusual account activity.

AP33 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cannot be exceeded without going through a designated waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Cap your maximum losses over a set period to keep your gaming spend in check.
• Session Limit: Set a session time limit that will trigger a notification or automatically end your session when reached.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account (from 24 hours up to 6 months) if you feel you need a break from playing.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: If you are concerned about a gambling addiction, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion that cannot be reversed. Your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to register again.

In summary, AP33 is committed to:

• Not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by Malaysian law.
• Retaining data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by applicable law.
• Giving you the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

By using the AP33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, AP33 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses from unsuccessful bets.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond AP33's control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes that have been conclusively determined by an audited game system.
• Losses resulting from a member's own disclosure of their account password to another party.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers, including payment providers and game software providers.

AP33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of any term in this agreement. Actions that may result in account termination include:

• Registration by underage individuals or the provision of false information during registration.
• Owning or using more than one AP33 account.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the AP33 platform.
• Systematic abuse of the promotions or bonus system.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at AP33's support team.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting AP33 customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any final withdrawal must be processed first.

This Agreement is governed by applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the AP33 platform or this Agreement shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Members must first submit a written complaint to the AP33 support team via email at support@ap33.cash. AP33 is committed to providing a written response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: If a resolution is not reached at the first stage, the complaint will be escalated to AP33's management team for a more thorough review within 14 days.
• Step 3 — Final Resolution: Should a dispute remain unresolved, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by the relevant laws of Malaysia.

AP33's decisions on all matters relating to the interpretation, application, and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
